Gas field · UK

Thames

Thames is a gas field in the southern North Sea, operated by Perenco Oil & Gas. It was discovered in 1973 and produced from 1986 to 2014. Production has ceased. From November 1987, when its monthly records begin, it produced about 6.4 billion cubic metres of gas.

Production

Thames produced about 58,000 barrels of oil and condensate and 6.4 billion cubic metres of gas between November 1987 and May 2014. The NSTA's monthly records for the field begin in November 1987, but it started producing in October 1986, so earlier output isn't included.
